As always, you do not need to recompile plugins or extensions. If you encounter any problems, please check the upgrade instructions before filing bug reports.
Thank you to everyone that has contributed to this release and supported AlliedModders, including, but not limited to members of the SM dev team - BAILOPAN, DS, Fyren, psychonic, and asherkin - as well as all other code contributors, bug reporters, translators, and donators.

|SourceMod 1.4 nearing completion. Translators needed.
||Oct 11, 2011 23:59
|SourceMod 1.4 is nearing completion and translatable strings are now frozen.
Translators now have a few weeks to update their languages.
There are a few new phrases, and you can use the translator tool to see what they are. When it comes time to release, we'll only export languages that have complete string support.
If after some time you notice that your native language isn't complete and you would like to help, please file a bug to be added as a translator.
SourceMod 1.4 will be a new major release including the following and more.
- Mac support
- More third-party Source game support (Bloody Good Time, E.Y.E. Divine Cybermancy, Nuclear Dawn) and support for more mods
- Menu no-vote buttons
- Querying affected rows in threaded callbacks
- 5X faster plugin compilation
- Address snooping in gamedata
- Arbitrary "this" in gamedata
- Further enhanced TF2 support for developers
- Further enhanced CS:S support for developers (courtesy of Dr!fter)
- New APIs for Nomations, BaseComm, and multi-target filtering
- Enhancements to the Get and Set EntProp functions to allow direct array element access.
- Many small bugfixes
A full changelog will of course be available upon actual release.
Thank you to everyone that has contributed thus far to this release, including, but not limited to members of the SM dev team - BAILOPAN, DS, Fyren, psychonic, and asherkin - as well as all other code contributors, bug reporters, translators, and donators.

|SourceMod 1.3.7, Metamod:Source 1.8.6 Released
||Apr 16, 2011 01:29
|Today's two releases are to address yesterday's shenanigans. Valve released an Orange Box update that had unusually severe breakage. First, they changed a public interface in an incompatible way, and second, Linux C++ plugins had to be recompiled.
Metamod:Source 1.8.6 is compatible with the latest Orange Box and also adds support for Bloody Good Time. You can get Metamod:Source at http://www.metamodsource.net/
SourceMod 1.3.7 adds a chunk of bug fixes and small feature additions for developers. You can get SourceMod from the downloads page. Some support links:
A HUGE thanks to a large crew for their help with this release: psychonic, DS, Fyren, and asherkin were up pretty late last night making sure snapshots were working.

|Another drive started failing in our old server, so we decided to push forward with our move as an emergency. As of now the move is fully completed and all of our DNS entries point to our new location.
Since we had to rush in moving over all our software, there may be pieces of AlliedModders that are busted. Please post here if you have any problems, or e-mail me at dvander-at-alliedmods-dot-net. Note that until your DNS updates, you will be going through a proxy and the site may seem slow.
This is a huge step forward for us that has been in planning for months, and I'm excited to see it come to fruition.
I would like to HUGELY thank Scott Ehlert (DS) for helping with the emergency migration, as well as revamping a bunch of our infrastructure in the process. I'd also like to thank MorgyN for helping diagnose a problem in our network configuration, and LumiStance for helping us get into the colocation game.
And last, all of our donors who made this transition possible. Thanks for your support!
